
⭐ Member spotlight: OBA Law Day Committee Chair Ed Wunch is featured in The Oklahoman for his work at Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma. "Helpless and nearly hopeless, Geionety this year attended a cost hearing — during which a judge determines the ability of a defendant to pay court financial obligations — to see if she could get her fines and fees lowered. That’s when she met an attorney who specializes in fresh starts. For about eight years, Ed Wunch, with Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, has helped low-income clients get their court fees waived.
